"Bei" + "Sasa" - Price, Now.
We built Beisasa because finding out what something actually costs in Kenya - a bag of cement, a kilo of sugar, a phone model - still means calling around and hoping people are honest.
Why we exist
Prices in Kenya swing between suppliers, towns, and even the day of the week - for building materials, groceries, electronics, all of it - but there's never been one place to check them all at once. Buyers overpay simply because they don't have visibility. Beisasa closes that gap, one category at a time.
How we do it
We collect prices from public listings and hardware suppliers, verify them, and refresh them daily. What you see is what suppliers are actually charging - aggregated, averaged, and ranked cheapest first.
Built on three principles.
Transparency
Real prices from real suppliers - nothing sponsored, nothing hidden.
Accuracy
Prices are refreshed daily and cross-checked against multiple sources.
Accessibility
Free to use, no sign-up required, built mobile-first for every buyer.
Starting with cement. Building toward everything.
-
1
Cement, live. Our first category, tracked across multiple Kenyan suppliers daily.
-
2
Steel, timber, roofing. Expanding category coverage across core building materials.
-
3
Crowd-sourced prices. Letting buyers submit and moderate prices they were quoted.
-
4
Beyond construction. Groceries, electronics and farm inputs - the everyday "what's the price of X" searches.
-
5
Kenya first, then global. Once coverage and data density are real here, we look beyond.
